- Minimum 3 months employment
- Paystubs and or letter of reference from employer on letter head
- Mandatory Credit Checks
- In most cases Rental History/Landlord references (home owners ok)
- If you are self-employed you must provide a record of employment or statement of earnings
- No smoking
- If you are bringing a pet and a landlord allows it we require an additional security deposit of half a month’s rent.
- Personal references (people who know you that are not family)
Please note all confidential information is kept private and in the hands of the property manager only. Sensitive information is shredded and never given to any third parties including yourself or the actual owner. It is solely used to determine your creditability to rent with us.
